The Stop the Bleed and Range Walk portion of the I68 Leadership Access Program builds on the RSO foundation and prepares members for real-world responsibility at the I68 Training Facility. This phase focuses on immediate trauma response, hemorrhage control, and medical readiness, ensuring members can act decisively in the event of an emergency—on or off the range.
Following Stop the Bleed, members complete a guided Range Walk to familiarize themselves with the layout, safety infrastructure, SOPs, and expectations of the facility. This portion reinforces situational awareness, range flow, and accountability, ensuring every member understands how to operate safely and professionally within the I68 Training Facility before receiving access.
