The I68 Tactical Rifle Course is a two-day training program designed to take rifle skills beyond basic marksmanship and into practical, defensive application. Training begins with a focused review of rifle safety and fundamentals, including loading and clearing procedures, optic and iron-sight zeroing, and efficient shooting from standing, kneeling, prone, and seated positions.
Instruction then progresses into applied tactical rifle skills such as efficient reloads, engaging multiple targets, and working from barriers. As training advances, students are challenged to apply these skills while managing movement, positional changes, and increasing levels of stress—reinforcing sound technique under realistic conditions.
The two training days do not need to be taken consecutively, allowing students to schedule training in a way that fits their availability while still meeting course objectives. No prerequisite is required; however, the course is physically and mentally demanding. Students will leave with increased confidence, improved rifle handling, and a stronger understanding of how to safely and effectively employ a rifle in dynamic environments.
